You pour into everyone else. This is your turn.
During the creation process of Arc of Auro , one question kept presenting itself to us: What do moms need right now? As we have both crossed the wild+beautiful+refining threshold into motherhood, we’ve come into agreement that mamas are who we want to center our offerings around. Because, who better to serve than the woman holding it all and doing it all for everybody else?
Our hopes for this weekend is to give you a space to e x h a l e . Rather than jam packing your days with workshops, to-do lists, we are allowing space and time for the real connections and conversations to unfold.
We will gather, we will move, we will release, we will integrate, and we will remember to laugh and smile through it all.
We recognize the incredible gift that motherhood is, and we don’t want this to be just an escape from it, We envision this to be a space where you can reconnect with your spirit and remember how much joy this human experience (and those tiny humans of yours) can bring-even when you’re showing up with fly aways and dried milk stains on your shirt.
You can expect Buti to shake things up and challenge your strength, Yin to slow things down and allow yourself to be held by Mother Earth, somatic movement experiences to invite you into embodiment, yummy bites, and of course real conversations.
