45 minutes of pure Buti Bliss followed by 45 minutes of Yin.

Dahlia & Sinalei

A dance class social for my ladies who want to MOVE. This evening will include an embodiment exercise, high heels technique, across the floor routines, and a curated choreography followed by delicious mocktails/cocktails by Dahlia + much needed girl time. Come for the dancing, stay for the community.

Whether you have been struttin’ in your heels for years or are brand new to the dance floor, you are welcome here. The vibes for the evening are flowy, sensual, grounded, and expressive - because why not. The choreography will be more digestible and simple than previous classes, but never basic.

My intention for these gatherings is to guide women towards reclamation of their fullest, most vibrant, and embodied selves. You are not broken! Your body is just t i r e d of you allowing your conditioning, limited beliefs, and patterns to run the show. Disrupt the pattern. Step on the dance floor.

Rooted in the ancient rhythms of the seasons, this summer sol women’s experience is an invitation to return to your inherent brightness and vitality.

We will gather to honor the eternal flame that lives within every woman.

Our journey begins with ‘Sol Invicta’ led by Ashlyn, An immersive guided meditation through the mythic landscape of light. A journey into the lion heart, this meditation awakens the enduring spirit within, illuminating majesty, resilience, clarity, and the quiet power that has always been yours.

From that place, we enter ‘souled out’. Led by dahlia - nourishing & poetic Yin Yoga experience that invites you to surrender, soften, and uncover the wisdom of the body. Resonant bass, deep earth frequencies, rhythmic pulse, and live songs..

Together we will end, circling in sisterhood to honor the seasonal abundance, courage, and emotional brightness. Summer Sol is an invitation into an older, powerful steady rhythm.

You pour into everyone else. This is your turn.

During the creation process of Arc of Auro , one question kept presenting itself to us: What do moms need right now? As we have both crossed the wild+beautiful+refining threshold into motherhood, we’ve come into agreement that mamas are who we want to center our offerings around. Because, who better to serve than the woman holding it all and doing it all for everybody else?

Our hopes for this weekend is to give you a space to e x h a l e . Rather than jam packing your days with workshops, to-do lists, we are allowing space and time for the real connections and conversations to unfold.

We will gather, we will move, we will release, we will integrate, and we will remember to laugh and smile through it all.

We recognize the incredible gift that motherhood is, and we don’t want this to be just an escape from it, We envision this to be a space where you can reconnect with your spirit and remember how much joy this human experience (and those tiny humans of yours) can bring-even when you’re showing up with fly aways and dried milk stains on your shirt.

You can expect Buti to shake things up and challenge your strength, Yin to slow things down and allow yourself to be held by Mother Earth, somatic movement experiences to invite you into embodiment, yummy bites, and of course real conversations.
